AI Baby Generator uses artificial intelligence to predict what a baby might look like based on uploaded parent photos. The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific output quality or accuracy. AI-generated baby images are creative predictions, not medical or genetic assessments.
The Service operates on a credit system. Free credits are granted on signup. Additional credits are purchased via Stripe. Credits are consumed per generation and are non-refundable once used. Unused purchased credits remain in your account until used.

Outputs are produced by AI models and may not accurately represent any real person. Generated images should not be used as evidence of appearance, identity, or genetic traits. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You retain rights to your uploaded content. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused credits. Contact support@symplyai.io for refund requests.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
